“Alternate Futures” Video Released!

With the new year, comes the release of a new Socrates’ Trial album! Alternate Futures/Past Realities is set for release on Friday April 26, 2019. This album features the band accompanied by strings, brass, woodwind, and vocals. Picking up where debut album Socrates’ Trial left off, the new album tells the musical story of different paths: past, present and future. Inspired orchestral arrangements are by Harlan Hodges. “Alternate Futures”, the first video released from the new album showcases the band and orchestra in what I like to think of as a prelude to the rest of the record. Several different moods and instrumentation combinations evince an epic tale through both light and darkness.
